LSI's Beloit Residential Treatment Center in Ames is looking for a compassionate, dedicated full-time Program Supervisor to make an impact in the lives of some of Iowa's most vulnerable kids. Many of the children we serve have experienced trauma or adverse experiences. It's our job and our privilege to empower them toward success.

Our Program Supervisors spend each day working directly with children on our campus, providing them with the safe and positive environment they need to thrive. This role is responsible for coordinating and supervising specific residential programs, activities, and staff to ensure consistent adherence to structure, policies, and procedures.
Our Program Supervisors are here when our children need them. This is a full-time position that includes 2 scheduled shifts in ratio at least 1 is to be a 3-11 p.m. shift. This position is part of the Primary on-call rotation after 90 days, which will be on-call every 10 weeks.

Candidates for this role must have one of the following:
- A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a social science-related field, plus two years of full-time work related
- A Master's degree in Social Work, with one year of full-time work related experience
- A Master's degree in Psychology or Counseling, with two years of full-time work related experience
This position requires a valid driver's license, auto insurance, a good driving record, and the ability to pass an extensive background check, including checks of the Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries, the Sex Offender registry, and the criminal history check.
