If this description fits you, LSI wants to meet you! We are seeking a people-focused, results-driven, full-time Service Coordinator within our Behavior Health Intervention Services (BHIS) department. This position will primarily serve Scott, Cedar, Muscatine, Louisa, and Johnson counties.
The Service Coordinator is a member of a state wide behavior health team and will provide leadership to a growing team of dedicated employees. This position oversees behavior health intervention services and several other community based programs in several counties and will work out of the Davenport and Muscatine offices. Occasional travel within Iowa will be required. Primarily business hours but some flexibility will be needed to meet the needs of employees and clients.

Will work with behavioral health intervention service employees, therapists, and community programs maintaining a good working relationship in assigned region. Additionally, the Service Coordinator will be responsible for supervision of direct reports, marketing & fiscal management of services, representation of LSI in community settings, and program compliance and quality assurance with adherence to licensing standards.
Qualified applicants will have a Bachelor's degree in a health or human service related field plus five years experience in family-centered and community programs with three of those five years in supervisory/leadership experience. Preferred applicants will have a Master's degree. Successful candidates will be energetic and highly motivated with experience in marketing.
This position also requires a valid driver's license, auto insurance, a good driving record and the ability to pass an extensive background check including checks of the Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries, Sex Offender registry and a criminal history check.
