Join our team at LSI's Beloit Residential Treatment Center in Ames by becoming a full-time and/or part-time Youth Associate! LSI is looking for a compassionate, dedicated Youth Associate for our Enhanced Psychiatric Medical Institute for Children. It's our job and privilege to empower some of Iowa's most vulnerable kids toward success. This is an exciting opportunity to join us at the ground level of building this innovative program that serves children with intellectual disabilities.
Full-time and part-time (30+, 24-29 hrs/week) youth associates hired now through May 10, 2017 will be offered a sign on bonus of $750 after successful completion of their first 90 days. Youth Associates work directly with the children on campus, providing them with structure and support in their daily lives. You'll get to serve as a member of our therapeutic treatment team, which serves the needs of the children entrusted to our care.
Openings for 1st shift (7 a.m. to 3 p.m. availability).
This position also assists with providing community supervision and safety to children on our campus.

Candidates must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma, or a GED.
