LSI operates programs and services in the fields of child welfare, mental health, parent education, child abuse prevention, foster care and adoption, disability services, refugee services, behavior management, and many other areas.

LSI, which has an organizational revenue of $35 million, is seeking a mission-driven, innovative and influential leader to serve as our Vice President of Finance/Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As part of the Senior Management team, the Vice President of Finance/Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will provide leadership and operational management of the finance department. In addition, the successful candidate will interface with staff and management personnel to assist them in achieving their financial and operational goals. This position will also manage the oversight of all financial, business, and administrative needs of the LSI Charitable Foundation and its Board of Directors.

Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in business administration and/or accounting with a minimum of ten years experience in management. Candidates must possess a CPA credential.  Preferred candidates will  also possess an MBA or other advanced degree.
