LSI is looking for a full-time Overnight Supervisor to work on our Bremwood Residential Treatment program in Waverly during the overnight shift.

3rd shift hours: 11 p.m. to 9 a.m.

DUTIES

Overnight Supervisor coordinates and supervises overnight Youth Associates/Specialist to ensure consistent adherence to structure, policies and procedures, and builds a positive, therapeutic living environment for the treatment of the residents.

This is a non-sleep position. Will be required to work 2 shifts in ratio. Will be responsible for on-call duties.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified applicants will have a bachelor's degree in Social Work or social science-related field plus one year experience.

This position requires a valid driver's license, auto insurance, a good driving record and the ability to pass an extensive background check including checks of the Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries, Sex Offender registry and a criminal history check.
