LSI's Beloit Residential Treatment Center in Ames is looking for a dedicated full-time Clinical Coordinator. This job is perfect for someone ready to make an impact in the lives of some of Iowa's most vulnerable kids. Many of the children we serve have experienced trauma or adverse experiences. Duties

LSI's Clinical Coordinator is responsible for implementing the residential treatment clinical philosophy and therapeutic milieu to build a positive and healthy environment for the children on campus.

Our Clinical Coordinator is responsible for the clinical supervision of therapists and caseworkers, to ensure that our programs, activities, and staff are consistent with their adherence to regulations, structure, policies, and procedures. This role is for someone eager to be part of a clinical team, and provide the best quality care for kids.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates for this position will have a Master's degree in Social Work  or human services-related field, with a required minimum of five years of related experience. Must be eligible to be licensed in the state of Iowa with LISW, LMHC, or LMFT. 

Additonally, one year of supervised work experience after master's degree.  If Masters degree in Psychology or Counseling, requires two years related work experience beyond the master's degree, with one under supervision.  Experience in child welfare services. 

Prefer minimum of three years supervisory/leadership experience. 

 

This position requires a valid driver's license, auto insurance, a good driving record, and the ability to pass an extensive background check, including checks of the Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries, the Sex Offender registry, and the criminal history check.
